Our representatives can discuss your jobs with you and order the best products for each dispense whilst in practice using our 4G enabled tablets.

Live Tracking

All our vehicles are fitted with live tracking devices. This allows us to monitor their progress throughout their routes, and allows customer services to advise our customers of any delays due to traffic. Further to this, our system will notify our customers 30 minutes in advance of their driver arriving. Knowing when your representative will arrive allows you to prepare pick up jobs in advance, ask technical questions on arrival, and maximise your time spent with your patients.

Order Taking

Our representatives are all equipped with 4G enabled tablets. These devices link directly to the online ordering system of Horizon Optical. Coupled with the stock lens availability direct from our van - every lens for every patient requirement is available to order through our representatives in practice every day, with many being available instantly from our mobile stock.

Optically Trained Staff

Our representatives are all optically trained and can offer advice on dispensing in practice. They each have a broad experience of optics and have first hand knowledge of the products that are available through the Elite Lens Express service. They are passionate about both the products and services that they offer and are helping to grow independent opticians on a daily basis.
